Princeton’s McCarter Theatre is organizing an evening of readings in an event titled Unrelenting Voices Read-In: Freedom, Justice, Mandela, and More. Civic leaders, artists, and members of the community will read from Mandela’s writings, along with the writings of Martin Luther King Jr., Maya Angelou, Desmond Tutu, and other voices for freedom.

The event will be held simultaneously on Thursday, January 8 from 7 to 8:30pm at three locations:

  • Princeton Public Library, 65 Witherspoon Street, Princeton
  • Trenton Free Library, 120 Academy Street, Trenton
  • New Brunswick Free Library, 60 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick
