The Abington Symphony Orchestra will present two works on Friday, November 8. One is Kile Smith’s Symphony: Lumen ad Revelationem in only the second performance since its 2002 debut; the other is the piece that first inspired Kile to become a composer, Brahms’s Nänie.The free concert will be at 8 p.m.; Kile and conductor John Sall will speak before the performance at 7 p.m.
