Koresh's Come Together dance festival launches July 23.

For the second year, Koresh Dance Company is presenting a five-day dance extravaganza, with everything from ballet and tap to hip-hop and the acrobatics of Brian Sanders’ JUNK.

The Come Together Festival, running July 23 through 27, will invite two dozen Philly-area dance companies to the Suzanne Roberts Theatre with the help of a PNC Arts Alive grant and the William Penn Foundation.

“Koresh embraces the mission of highlighting local dance and cultivating new dance audiences,” the company says of the wide-ranging and accessible festival. In addition to Koresh, participating companies include Alchemy Dance Company, Dancefusion, the brand-new Just Sole: Street Dance Theater, Kun-Yang Lin/Dancers, Rennie Harris Puremovement, the Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble, the Rock School, and many more.

Koresh Dance Company’s Come Together Festival is running July 23 through 27 at Suzanne Roberts Theatre. Tickets are $25-$35, with a $100 festival pass available for all five performances.
