Catch Jurassic Park III at the Academy of Natural Sciences’ Mega-Bad Movie Night
Nothing adds to a terrible, terrible movie like cold, hard science mixed with snark, and you can get your fill of both with the Academy of Natural Sciences’ Mega-Bad Movie Night showing of Jurassic Park III, featuring real-life dino experts onstage, Mystery Science Theater 3000-style.
Come for the movie and get a rare chance to wander the museum without the grade-school field-trippers — because you know you never outgrew your love for dinosaurs. Take in the real fossils in Dinosaur Hall, step into tropical temperatures for the live butterflies exhibit, and visit the Dinosaurs Unearthed show at no additional charge, where moving life-sized Velociraptors, Allosauruses, and more are waiting.
The event also includes complimentary snacks, a beer and wine cash bar, and live animal visitors. (Guests must be 18 to enter and 21 to drink.)
Mega-Bad Movie Night at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University is coming up on Thursday, February 20 from 6:30-10pm at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia. For tickets and more information, visit the website.
