The Pirates of Penzance at Quintessence Theatre Group
Find Darnelle in the digital studio with New York-based actor Trevor Martin, who's in town to play the Pirate King in Quintessence Theatre Group's The Pirates of Penzance. Martin, a trained opera singer and veteran of many Gilbert and Sullivan productions, talks about his path to all things operetta, the joys of G&S, how the Quintessence production (with its unusually small cast) differs from traditional stagings, and lots more.
