Jimmy Viola (he/him) has worked as a freelance writer and photographer in Philadelphia for two decades. He enjoys covering anything that gives him a compelling reason to step outside of and talk to strangers. He is a classically trained bassist of 30 years, beginning in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania's public school orchestra, and continues to play in several rock and roll bands by night.
