Isabella Segalovich (she/her pronouns) is an author, media producer, and content creator studying the intersections of design, art, and politics. Her videos on anti-authoritarian folk art history have amassed over 300,000 followers across social media platforms. She’s been featured in Architectural Digest as one of the “best interior design” design content creators on TikTok, has delivered talks and moderated panels for the Design Advocacy Group (DAG), the Arts Club of Chicago, CraftNOW, and the American Folk Art Museum, and has been quoted in the Smithsonian Magazine, Barron’s, the Huffington Post, and Teen Vogue. She has held positions as a professor of interior design at Kean University, as a faculty member at the New York City Crit Club, and as a media producer and social media video correspondent at Hyperallergic, where she has also has written reviews, features, and news articles alongside other work published in Print and The Architect's Newspaper. She is the author of ORNAMENT NOW, an upcoming book on the disappearance of ornament in architecture (and the authoritarian forces behind that disappearance), which will be published by the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA) in 2027.
