Michele Zipkin is a freelance journalist and audio editor in Philadelphia. She regularly contributes to Philadelphia Gay News, where she covers current events, politics, and culture pertaining to local LGBTQ+ communities. She has also written for That Music Mag, JUMP, PhillyVoice and WXPN's The Key. Some of her podcast production credits include Theatre with a Tea, MusiQology and The Newsworthy. She holds a Master of Journalism degree from Temple University.
