Katherine Fritz is a Philadelphia-based writer, costume designer, and teacher. Her viral blogs Ladypockets and I Am Begging My Mother Not to Read this Blog have garnered critical acclaim and millions of views. Previous work has been published in the New York Times, Washington Post, Upworthy, Hello Giggles, MTV Style, and American Theatre magazine. She is an adjunct professor at Montgomery County Community College, runs a summer camp for children at Delaware Theatre Company, and designs costumes at local theatres including the Arden, 1812, the Lantern, Theatre Exile, Theatre Horizon, Inis Nua, InterAct, Azuka, Act II Playhouse, and the Philadelphia Artists' Collective.
