This week, we’re spotlighting Legacy on Broad, which celebrates South Asian culture and builds community through dance. It hits the stage at Penn Live Arts this weekend, inviting dance teams from universities all over the country as they compete to enter the running for Legends, the national Bollywood dance championship.
The roundup this week includes a pair of unique takes on classical performances from Black Violin and TAK Ensemble; and a pair of Women’s History Month events like a celebration at Penn Museum and a powerful photography exhibition at InLiquid. There’s also Guess My Blood Sugar, a comedy game show that asks how much you know about living with type-one diabetes.
