We're coming to you with a special Friday Fringe mailer! This year's festival has been open for four days, and our team has already been to more than a dozen shows across the city. Bite-sized reviews of six shows (Goblet of Light, Anarchy, Plausible Deniability, The Sicilian Dilemma, Lunar Retreat, and Kramer/Fauci) are already live in my editor's guide, which I'll be updating with more quick takes throughout this weekend and beyond. We're also compiling all of our critics' Fringe reviews on this page, so you can look through everything at a glance.
If you enjoy our festival coverage, tell your network! Word of mouth is the most powerful way to grow and enrich our community. Forward this email to a theater-loving friend and get them in on the conversation. Newcomers can subscribe here (no paywall!).
We will be with you again on Tuesday morning, with an updated list of reviews. They'll continue to go up on our site through this weekend as well, so check back often for tips on what to see. And if you're on Instagram, I'll be going live with our social-media manager Chhaya Nayyar this Monday (September 14) at noon ET to chat about the weekend, and what's coming up.
Happy Fringe!
