You made our September coverage possible. Celebrate with us.

Our team is celebrating the kick-off of the 2026-27 arts season with YOU, the donors who make our work possible. We're having an in-person happy hour meetup on Monday, September 14 from 5-6:30pm at the East Passyunk bar Human Robot Süd (1646 S. 12th St., Philadelphia).

This meetup is exclusively for BSR staff, writers, community partners, and donors, including those who joined our summer Fringe Coverage Friends Drive to make our Fringe stories possible. You are the reason we're still here, and we'd love to celebrate with you and say thanks in person. This is a chance to meet BSR staff and writers and let us know your hopes and ideas for our work.

This event is pay-your-own-way with happy hour specials available (including non-alcoholic options). RSVP here or hit the red button below to let us know you're coming. Reply to this email with any questions!

Only a fraction of BSR's hundreds of thousands of readers step up to donate. Your gift to us is extremely meaningful, and it truly helps to keep our small organization running. Hope to see you on September 14!
