We need your help to fund Broad Street Review in 2012. |

You can make a big difference Dear friend of Broad Street Review, Five years ago launched Broad Street Review as a freewheeling alternative to traditional media arts coverage. The good news is that our audience is growing, and so are the reviews and provocative essays we receive from seasoned writers and amateurs alike around the globe. While conventional media have drastically cut back their arts and culture coverage, ours has expanded. On our modest annual budget of some $75,000, we’ve posted more than 500 stimulating pieces over the past year. And it’s all provided free to readers like you— even in today’s rough economy. The bad news: Even on our modest budget, we need funding to keep doing what we’re doing. Foundation grants and advertising fill much of the gap. For the rest, we rely on loyal readers like you. Won’t you help us move forward with a tax-deductible donation of $100 or more? Click here to donate through our special web page. Or you can simply give whatever amount feels comfortable to you. Your donation to Broad Street Review will help us continue to expand our vital arts conversation in new directions. In 2012, for example, we’ll begin to host live events where you can join our writers for lectures and discussions. To an operation like ours, even a small donation can make a big difference. I hope we can count on you. In any case, here’s wishing you a happy holiday season and a rewarding new year.
